Run a mobile heavy duty truck repair company. Been using this app to do estimates and invoicing. It’s been great. It’s a very flexible app and great for many industries.

Had a problem with a new iPad. We were utilizing with it sending from the wrong email no fault of the apps it was the iPads I called up Mary one of the service reps was absolutely wonderful. She jumped over backwards to take care of us. Her professional was very impressive. I hope all of their employees are as good as Mary. I was nothing but pleased.

Great value, easy to use
Have been using this app for daily work orders for almost 10 years now. Frequently updated to keep pace with new iPads, Can’t believe how little I paid for it vs how much value I’ve gotten out of it. Really appreciate the one time fee instead of having to pay a monthly or annual subscription.

Great app for my invoices
I’ve been using this app since 2014. It has such excellent features.
You can run reports for practically everything.
It keeps track of inventory and price sold and paid for. It also has a mark up percent if you would rather just use that.
One of the features that I use a lot is history. I can look up a job I did 4 years ago, and see a itemized breakdown of what I charged him for labor and what I charged him for parts…. this is very useful for me The only thing that is time consuming, which would be with any app like this, is inputting the customer information for the first time as well as adding your inventory to the system for the first time. After that it’s just a matter of pushing a button and it’s all added to the service call invoice ticket.
I couldn’t say enough good things about this company or the app that they made, anytime you have a question they will write you back immediately and they really stand behind their app and have a great customer service
I usually do not write reviews myself however I feel very strongly that this app deserves it and I encourage anyone who is in the service industry to definitely check them out.
