Changed my address for delivery and when the delivery driver took over an hour longer than the expected delivery time without delivering my order, they refused to fix to situation bu canceling or providing a refund. Worst experience on an app I’ve ever had. Never ordering from here again.

I had the Pastrami sandwich. I picked out the Sammi size on Marbled Rye, and it was more than enough with a bag of chips. I also added a soda. Sailor

Reorder issue
For months now I’ve tried to reorder previous orders and I get an error every time. It’s a basic time saving thing and I’d really love it to be fixed
Failed Apple Pay transactions
I tried to order today twice using Apple Pay. The app generated an error message each time, and when I called the store they said they hadn’t received an order from me. I then successfully ordered by manually entering my credit card info. However I later saw that I was charged anyways for both failed orders. In addition the rewards points I used on the failed orders were deducted.
The app should only charge the financial institution on successful transactions. The app’s support link just redirects people to talk to their bank.

Sandwich is good, bread was ehh. I got the Dutch crunch bread and it seemed as if I was given day old bread. So tough that it cut the roof of my mouth. I would go back and try a different bread.

Why would a sandwich shop take away the build your own sandwich feature. That’s absolute madness. Very dumb business idea and honestly surprised they haven’t fixed it now it’s been about a month. There’s no way possible to get a veggie sandwich

app used to be buggy but it worked for ordering takeout and delivery. now anytime I try to order delivery it switches me to a fake "test store" and won't let me place an order. I haven't moved.

Before the update, there was never tax on cold sandwiches for take out. Now there is.

This app is unbelievably BAD!!! The update made it worse! After 20 minutes trying to order I'm giving up. Ugh - what a joke.
Hard to navigate
Where is it? If you don’t know the menu everything seems a little harder to find.
Soggy App
This app is so annoying - but the biggest frustration occurs in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" area. Customers are permitted just 10 spaces total to request, for example, "Condiments on the Side" or "pickles on the side". Seems like an easy bug to fix but the problem remains.

Mr Pickles makes the best sandwiches around in this small town. The app could be updated so that it’s not always in limbo mode. Other than that, I’m happy.

The APP needs improvement!
After purchasing Christmastime gift cards with bonus cards (required to have the value stored within the app), I discovered that I can not go into the store and use the stored value in-store. You must order online. That makes no sense that a customer ID number of bar code couldn’t be generated by the app and scanned in-store. If it can be done in-store, two locations are unaware of this.

most everything works
I really love mr.pickles. love the food, its amazing hands down my go to spot for lunch. always fresh and so good. but the app itself has some problems. everything should be manually input. do not try to do anything fancy (although most other apps now use these features, such as apple pay, and shortcuts so you dont have to put in all your card info.) even on the online website i had problems. BUT, at least it saves my orders and i am using points. still worth the few problems it has. i hope they update it so it no longer has these issues, it definitely can turn people away.

Simple app but gets the job done with the items you do want and listing what you don’t want. Love Mr. Pickles that you can customize your sandwich
