App is ok, service backup is abysmal
Ordered through the app. Had problems sunsequentlyy and tried to get support. Call centre was utterly unsupportive and disinterested. The couriers helped save the situation. Will not ever use MrP app again, plus will actively discourage others to use it.
This App is frustrating
What a frustrating experience, this App is by far the worst shopping experience!!! It is extremely slow! Please invest in a company that can enhance your App to better your customers experience NOT frustrate them which in turn leads to a loss in sales!!!
App update
The recent update is not user friendly. Cannot access Mr Price Home or Sport from there and most pages give an error when selected. Extremely poor shopping experience

Does not work
Honestly worst app ever. When the app was first released, it worked and was great. Especially loved the 'find in store' feature. But then it stopped working. The location was constantly off, I'm in Cape Town but would show stores with items stock in Durban/Johannesburg and never my actual location or stores near me or in my city for that matter.
And The app is completely useless now, when I try to open it, it shows a blank white page and that's all it shows. No matter how long I wait. Unresponsive, unimpressive. DELETE!

App not loading
The app opens, goes white and doesn't load.
White screen of death
Downloaded the app about a month ago and opened it up just to see how it worked and it worked fine then, but now it has been 3 weeks since i have been trying to open the app and it doesnt work anymore. The app opens but it just displays a white screen and nothing else..a restart doesnt work wether you restart the app or the phone. Can your developers fix this issue

Needs bug fixes, freezes frequently, doesn't open categories sometimes, and very slow.

I love shopping online at mr price and was super excited when I saw there's an app. This app freezes all the time and I have always had to go to the website and purchase all over again. I prefer using the website.
Mp price app
It's great that Mr Price have made an app..BUT..it very slow on my phone and Sisters Samsung Galaxy Tab. So that area needs to be modified..but overall it's great that you can shop from the App

I live in the USA and have always loved Mr Price. It's exciting to be able to access the online store using an App. Now I can view all the latest trends and my mama in Africa can get it for me :)
