Incredibly glitchy
Glitchy when multiple agents checking buyers in to a property. Removes all notes.
This weekend we had no ability to search for existing buyers so had to create new profiles for all, which will need cleaning and merging next week.

Full of bugs, and inefficient, and workflows
I am a commercial user with a sales and leasing module.
Voice to text seems to wipe after you click the microphone button. Using iOS currently on an iPhone, 13 pro with iOS version 16.5
Clunky way of adding, contact notes and unnecessary steps in attaching them two properties.
No deal Tracker, which allows you to move in through the deal stages. And keep track of what leads have eventuated into genuine inquiry.
Commission should be prioritised after a deal pipeline Tracker. Ideally, using a modified kanban approach would help.
Easy to lose track of Leeds using this app. Have to use a paper base system or excel spreadsheet as an adjunct to keep things from slipping from mind.
Currently evaluating other alternatives.

Slow
Slow on loading properties and syncing contact database when checking people in. Too many unnecessary steps to enter/update a contact’s detail. Creates lots duplicates if not careful when entering details. This was supposed to replace MyDesktop but it’s worse than the MDT 10 years ago. For a simple check in app of OFIs, HomePass was much much much better.
