Absolute Nightmare

Slingshot is a nightmare to get any support. The Bot drives you crazy sending you around in circles, you can never get through on the phone, and the only other option is email them.. when the fault is that my emails currently won’t send!!!

Previous version was quick to find power usage now you have click more to get there.

Logging in

It was alright when I switched over from one company to slingshot. Still great rates per month. Always have trouble logging into the app to view and pay bills. Have to go to the website which also plays up when logging in.
I have called but the call taker wasn’t very helpful. I hope this get sorted soon.
