Absolute Nightmare
Slingshot is a nightmare to get any support. The Bot drives you crazy sending you around in circles, you can never get through on the phone, and the only other option is email them.. when the fault is that my emails currently won’t send!!!
Latest version now harder to find power usage.
Previous version was quick to find power usage now you have click more to get there.
It’s not working and it doesn't tell you why
The only thing the IT does is to send a new password.

It was alright when I switched over from one company to slingshot. Still great rates per month. Always have trouble logging into the app to view and pay bills. Have to go to the website which also plays up when logging in.
I have called but the call taker wasn’t very helpful. I hope this get sorted soon.

Can’t even get in
I decided to download this app but it won’t let me register, won’t let me in and keeps saying “error”.
Deleted and reinstalled twice and still no joy.
Appears difficult to navigate and not worth the bother.

Billing summary
I can’t even view my billing summary. Haven’t been able to since I downloaded the app. Needs to be updated and fixed. I’ve not had 1 update since installing the app

App is only good if you want to view and pay a bill.

Limited functions
Offer to view bills, make payment, and connect to support. For all other needs, user is directed to external webpage. App is not completed at the moment.

while i can see the app is really lightweight as it loads superfast, the functionality is lightweight itself. i tap on the my slingshot icon and other icons but nothing happens. i am unable to view
my power, data or mobile utilization. this looks more of a ‘pay your bill’ app more than anything. the website functions are what i am after in an app in this day and age.

New App is Useless
I will get rid of this app immediately. How can I download the old app??? Why have you removed the old app from the App Store forcing us to use this useless app???

Just installed it on my 6th generation Ipad and the recent update iPadOS 15 and it works like a charm with no issues. Cheers.
Log in issues
Downloaded tried to login says there are issues with login password/email. Tried the old app logged in no problem!!!
Pretty basic
ok if you want to look at bills or test your wifi but does not offer data usage or if you have a homeline ANY data associated with this. can not add any modules to your account either!
honestly not worth downloading….stay with the My Slingshot app.
yes this might get included in future updates but my question to Slingshot is: why push out a half arsed app that doesn't do anything more than the other one. get it right the first time!
