Don’t Even Try
Someone incompetent released this app. It says I need to turn off my pop-up blocker. I assume in Safari. When I do it still tells me to turn it off. Deleting the app and reinstalling it doesn’t work either.

This app is worthless. It is infuriating. It is shameful that government entity has such a trash app. Can’t log in. Can’t pay bill. How bout you fix this app before you raise my rates again.

Unable to pay bill as “disable pop-up blocker” which is not available on iPhone 13 for this app in settings.
Awful App
Tried to update credit card on my app. It won’t let me. Called for help at their office workers there are useless. This app needs totally revamped. I got flustered after spending hours on phone with them. I told them to send me a paper bill in mail.

Garbage
The app name has bill pay in it but you can’t actually pay your bill because it’s broken. I can’t use the safari browser to pay either, have to use a computer with web browser to pay my bills.
Horrible App
This is the worst app ever as far as being able to pay my bill and access my account. It directs one to a third party company (DOXO)which charges a ridiculous fee.
Hasn’t worked in months.
This is my first app review EVER. That’s how bad this has gotten. I keep checking for an update, because this app has never been fancy but it has gotten the job done with very limited information accessible through the app for years… but this year. It never saves my login information and won’t let me pay my bills in the app anymore. It takes me to another screen that seems excited about 1 time bill pay “access the gateway one time bill pay and more!!” but that’s as far as it goes haha maybe they don’t want my money?

Unusable
All the money MSD is making off St. Louis residents, they should be able to have an app the works.
Must not want payment
It says you can make online payments here but no matter what you do it just freezes and won’t let you make a payment. I guess you don’t really want to get paid.
Won’t allow to pay bill
Awful app, it doesn’t work with my iPad or iPhone. When I try to pay and go to the pay portal it just locks up. Their website isn’t any better. MSD needs to put some serious investment in updating their web services for 2025 and the future.

I can’t do anything beside log in and view my bill. There’s no payment gateway button- I’ve always had to pay by phone.

Literally doesn’t work
For over a year, I’ve held out and tapped “make a payment” hoping that the bug will get fixed. Instead it does nothing, and I have to use the website anyway. Not sure why the app still exists.

I hope someone’s nephew wrote this app during their summer internship, because I’d be embarrassed to develop such a broken app.

Impossible to use
Bill pay button doesn’t work. Other option are spotty at best, unable to pay bill through app and unable to sign in via account number.
Non functioning
The app doesn’t work at all. I’d used it for several years and then it stopped working. Now if you try to access your account it just tries to load and then gives up.
