WiFi bug!!
It never shows me WiFi networks and goes into privacy settings instead. Bug in iOS.
Awful App
Takes forever to connect. No updates to this app for many months. Costco will be informed and they should stop selling this garbage.

I have done everything possible to get this stupid app to connect to my hot tub and nothing will work. Just shows as offline.

MSpa Modell F-MO062WE, Neugerät. WLAN-Symbol blinkt und das Gerät wird von der MSpa Link App erkannt. Die Kopplung bricht jedoch reproduzierbar bei ca. 74 % mit „Verbindung konnte nicht hergestellt werden“ ab. Getestet mit FRITZ!Box (2,4 GHz/WPA2) sowie separatem Smartphone-Hotspot. Gleiches Verhalten auf beiden Netzwerken.
Wirlpool ohne App Anbindung. Ein wesentlicher Werbepunkt fällt damit weg. Würde mich nicht nochmal für diesen Pool entscheiden. Bin bitter enttäuscht. Support nur auf Englisch und unmöglich zu erreichen. Man wird nur mit FAQ und Komischen Videos abgespeist.

Impossible de se connecter
C est vraiment nul impossible de se connecter a l application cela vous demande d accepter les conditions utilisation et paramètres de confidentialité mais on ne peut pas, on les lit et le bouton se connecter ne devient jamais bleu. Et leur site même chose on ne peut pas se connecter ça met qu on fait une erreur mais il n y a pas d erreur c est juste que c est une société qui vend et c est tout il n y a rien derrière du vent.. une honte

Still crashing when want to add spa, really disappointing
Can’t accept terms ans conditions to set up
Originals signed up and all was fine . Now Willy let me log in as it wants me to accept terms and condition with I have . There’s no further options for me to press . Few main reason I brought this hot tub do for the remote feature and it just don’t work

Nefunguje. Zakaždým píše zariadenie offline. Nedá sa s to vôbec používať.

Il serait bien de développer un programmateur pour les heures de filtration ainsi que les heures de chauffe sur des plages horaires. J’ai l’impression que malgré les demandes aucun développement ne sera fait!
Schlechte Zeitschaltuhr
Wie erwähnt kann man in der App keine frei wählbaren Zeiten für das Heizen einstellen.
Eine externe Zeitschaltuhr funktioniert nicht da man den Pool von Hand wieder einschalten muss.
Auch bekommt man keine Benachrichtigung falls am Pool mal etwa ausfällt.
Im Winter bei einem Stromausfall fatal.
Man wird nach paar Tagen aus der App geworfen sodass ma sich erneut anmelden muss.
Ingesamt eine schlechte App. Das geht besser!!!

App is easy and very useful, what you want remote control you can. I can not only connect to my location, i think there is somethink wrong. But as well, app works.

Pointless
The app doesn’t even connect to the Mspa. WiFi is perfect, on the correct frequency but app just closes every time you try to connect to the device. Apparently there are alternative apps that offer better connectivity.
Not Fit for Purpose
This App needs much more development so that it is easy to pair the Spa to your Wifi. I spent an hour doing this only for Technical Support to suggest I change my router because the spa was not recognising my wifi. Really?!!!
