Easy process, truly free remakes if needed
The process to get “tailored” at home was a breeze and they did 2 remakes absolutely free for me even though the fit was just a tad off. No questions asked, and the remakes fit fantastically. I will recommend MTailor to anyone.

I tried 4 times to do the measurement and it kept giving me an error message. Don’t waste your time.

Great clothes poor support
The clothing takes a while but the fit is usually very good, however the support is terrible. Tracking information isn’t very accurate as it shows items have shipped when in fact they are in production. The app support says they’ll respond in 5 minutes, but it could be much longer….currently I have a request in for over 30 minutes with no responses. Email support is supposed to be within 24 hours and again it’s been a couple of days.
The clothes are worth the wait l, but if there is an issue be prepared for delays and frustration.

Got my first item!
I initially had trouble with the measurements using my iPad — it worked great in my iPhone. I ordered a shirt as a test; my Large Long is difficult to find any more. It took a while to get the shirt — it is custom! — but it fits perfectly I will try some dress chino slacks next, but I am very pleased with the app and product.
