App stopped working. So I can’t even use the tweezers. Waste of money

The app would never connect. Deleted the app and returning product to Amazon.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I had to get this for a pair of tweezers with a camera I ordered. The app worked for 2 days. Now it’s letting me connect but will not show the camera. Light comes on, it’s charged, updated my phone, checked the selling like the FAQ in the app said, Restarted my phone and the device numerous times, undownloaded and redownloaded the app 10 times. I spent $50 for tweezers for this app and after 2 days worthless.

No troubleshooting? :(
Mine was just delivered. Took no time to set up & connect. The quality was superb! But it lasted for literally 10 seconds. 15 tops! 😣 I was SO excited to use this. My kids were even excited. Suddenly the screen went grey with a tiny arrow at the top. I’m hoping I’m just not doing something right. But I’ve restarted, cleared storage space, deleted app, & eve tried on both my childrens phones. Same result. Very very sad & disappointing.
