Network crash
When ever I’m trying open payment page or Brand voucher page the mobile network is getting crashed completely for my IOS.
Too many system maintenance
During day time there are a lot of system maintenance, whenever I need to make transaction the app is under maintenance. Also, when I click on support call headphone button it is not clickable one of my referral friends payments is shown as in process since last 10 days and showing failed in the home screen and the payment has been debited from my friends account

Frustrating-Crashes every time of paying for the gift voucher
It has become highly frustrating to use this broken app. Everyone I try to purchase a gift voucher of available brand, the process fails at the UPI payment page. It just won’t let me buy the voucher. Frustrated to max now! Even logged a ticket but the support agent says, there is no way he can fix, try another transaction. I did try again, same issue.

Wow, just got to know about the app from my friend. Have added 5k amount to spending account. Brands discounts are exciting. Looking forward for nice savings and deals.
Money debited but transaction failed - no support received
Extremely poor service, I deposit 25,000 using UPI and the money was successful debited from my account however, the app shows the transaction failed. Under AMC. Processing. Has been one week now I haven’t received any contact from the support team. The support team has not respond to the complaint there is no phone number to contact them only email address and they don’t have a X account so that we can publicly ask them for this kind of experience. They only have an Instagram account that also not legit Looks like this is a fraud company somehow got the license. I’m gonna do a police complaint now.

Terrible app, stuck in a loop
It feels like nobody has ever actually tested this app. My payment failed once and now I keep getting a cryptic “Parent goal already exists for this account” message when I try to change the amount I want to invest. You get a popup each time you try to back out of a screen. Parts of the app look like an entirely different app. They ask you what vouchers you want and then don’t actually seem to do anything with that information, and don’t let you access them either. Overall really terrible experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the Multipl iPhone app. The app does not allow users to create or activate a spending account unless they grant access to their existing bank account. This feels like a clear violation of user privacy and financial autonomy.

Financial apps should prioritize transparency, data minimization, and informed consent. Forcing bank account access creates unnecessary risk and undermines trust. I strongly urge the developers to introduce flexible funding options that respect user privacy and give customers full control over their financial information.
Until this policy is revised, I cannot recommend this app.

The fact that there is a streamlined way to invest into my goals periodically is a god send. No longer wasting my earnings in savings accounts. Very intuitive to use too. Self onboarded right away.

I started using Multipl for their spending account feature, and honestly, it makes so much more sense. The idea that I can get market returns plus brand contributions on money I was going to spend anyway is great.

Thanks for the feedback and just to make it clear and transparent the returns multipl projects are ~8% for mutual fund and ~5-12% on brand discounts (based on the brand) and it will be shown as the aggregated returns %.
