Money debited but transaction failed - no support received

Extremely poor service, I deposit 25,000 using UPI and the money was successful debited from my account however, the app shows the transaction failed. Under AMC. Processing. Has been one week now I haven’t received any contact from the support team. The support team has not respond to the complaint there is no phone number to contact them only email address and they don’t have a X account so that we can publicly ask them for this kind of experience. They only have an Instagram account that also not legit Looks like this is a fraud company somehow got the license. I’m gonna do a police complaint now.

Terrible app, stuck in a loop

It feels like nobody has ever actually tested this app. My payment failed once and now I keep getting a cryptic “Parent goal already exists for this account” message when I try to change the amount I want to invest. You get a popup each time you try to back out of a screen. Parts of the app look like an entirely different app. They ask you what vouchers you want and then don’t actually seem to do anything with that information, and don’t let you access them either. Overall really terrible experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the Multipl iPhone app. The app does not allow users to create or activate a spending account unless they grant access to their existing bank account. This feels like a clear violation of user privacy and financial autonomy.

Financial apps should prioritize transparency, data minimization, and informed consent. Forcing bank account access creates unnecessary risk and undermines trust. I strongly urge the developers to introduce flexible funding options that respect user privacy and give customers full control over their financial information.

Until this policy is revised, I cannot recommend this app.

Enhances the whole investment experience game

The goals segregation is the best part which helps keep a track of how much you are investing for what goal. The app has a great UI UX and sometimes I just play around the app because of the UX it provides.

Makes investment experience very rewarding and keeps it precise.

A user-friendly and rewarding investment platform

It’s been a while that I’ve been investing through Multipl. I found the process remarkably smooth. I reached my first goal a couple of months ago - creating a fund for my daughter’s education. And I’m pretty satisfied with the returns, too. I found this a really novel concept in a world dominated by the BNPL culture.
Their support system was very helpful in carrying out a request for reprocessing a failed SIP for another goal.
I’m now eager to see how the redemption process works. Have requested redemption for my first goal and I’ll share my thoughts on the redemption process once it’s complete.

Promises Unkept: The Reality of Withdrawing Funds

I was initially drawn to this service because they advertised the flexibility to stop and withdraw cash at any time without a lock-in period. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Trying to close the goal and redeem my funds turned out to be a cumbersome process, taking days to get my money back. What's more, the lack of support during this process has been frustrating. It's starting to feel like a scam, as they hold onto the money for an extended period with no clear reason. This experience has seriously eroded my trust in their services.

Goals Disappeared

I was trying to check updates on my goals. When i navigated to journey option, to my surprise there were no goals available which I have been putting money from last 2 years. Also when I emailed this to support team and next time when i launched the app, i got update now page, but after clicking on update now button there was no update available on appstore. What is happening!!!!

Felt good app for saving

I learned about Multipl through Instagram, and what differentiates Multipl from the rest is that it genuinely helps you pay the lowest on your spends. It's not unlike the other fintech companies, which, after giving you cashback in the initial phase, force you to take a loan. Impressive App

I came across through this app via Instagram influencer and I tried it out. It’s awesome, helps you to save moneys when u want to buy products. Basically it teaches you to keep money aside when u have a personal goal.
People Shud try it. I invested through this app to buy an apple Product and am looking at other investments like SIP etc.

Planning for goals has made me stress free

I’ve been using Multipl since more than a year and I’ve automated investments for all my life goals on it. Truly the best app to live life debt free

Came across this app through A fin-influencer, the concept of saving money with additional benefits is amazing. Immediately started a goal and here I am writing a review after the completion of it.
A must try app especially for the youth. Special mention to Jags the Co-founder for carefully monitoring all the customers and Dash the Manager to make the whole process seem less and even working on the weekends to consider my request and give me the final voucher on time.
