Useless
This app is useless I think all it does is gather your driving and purchasing information. I have yet to be able to claim any rewards. I have plenty of points well over 300 yet I have not been able to claim any rewards. I’m deleting this app. Also in not buying anything anymore form any Murphy store.

Tried for three days to load this app using an iPhone 17 on T-Mobile 5G and on Starlink Satellite. Deleted the app.

Not able to login
Lately the app has asked me to sign in, then says it will send OTP which never comes. I cannot check my rewards points to see if I’m even earning any.

Signing into the App truly sucks
I have tried to use the app on multiple occasions and always get stymied by the fact that I need to wait an interminable amount of time for a confirmation text code that takes hours to arrive, if at all. Is this a joke, or what? It actually says on the app login screen that it may take a while until you receive the code!!! You’ve got to be fricking crazy if you think this is acceptable. It’s not!

certain features on this app don’t update when me & another friend of mine tried to use it in the past… the people who created this app must not be on Top of making sure Murphy Rewards whatever stays running smoothly

Needs work
This app has not worked for me from day one. I cannot use my discount on gas because I cannot get the app to work to finish filling out my account information.
Account Verification Nightmare
Whatever carrier pigeon tech they have for sending a simple verification code through text or email is atrocious. We will colonize mars and become a type 2 civilization before that code gets to you. It’s something every company on earth solved. Murphy, it’s 2026, let the poor birds go and have Claude program you something better please.

Verification?
The process is horrible. Tried email nothing and even checked spam. Changed to text, nothing then the first email showed up but the app changed the first 3 codes so it wasn’t any good. What’s up Murphy?
Unable to log in
I have tried every possible way to log in, and it just sits and spins. I have been putting my number in at the pump, but I have no idea if I’m earning points or how to use them. Probably just go to another gas station from now on.

I don’t understand how an app whose only purpose is to track transactions related to your phone number is so bad at it. Why tf do I not get the log in text code? Why is my account not already tied to my phone number when I log in. This app sucks.
