Verification?
The process is horrible. Tried email nothing and even checked spam. Changed to text, nothing then the first email showed up but the app changed the first 3 codes so it wasn’t any good. What’s up Murphy?
Unable to log in
I have tried every possible way to log in, and it just sits and spins. I have been putting my number in at the pump, but I have no idea if I’m earning points or how to use them. Probably just go to another gas station from now on.

This app never loads! It’s very annoying and frustrating. I want to see if I have a discount and I can’t even see it!
Pathetic
I don’t understand how an app whose only purpose is to track transactions related to your phone number is so bad at it. Why tf do I not get the log in text code? Why is my account not already tied to my phone number when I log in. This app sucks.
No OTP is ever sent
I have tried joining several times, I never receive the OTP to complete the process. Waste of time!
Terrible Company
Company deleted my account with over 1200 points to be used and after contacting customer service about the issue, all they had to say is “oh well”; “seems like you deleted your account”; “we would never delete an account”; “i can’t find a previous account”; the only thing the individual on the phone was doing is shifting blame like i as the customer did something wrong. will never get gas or anything from this company again.

App stopped working and I can’t login
Good luck on multiple authentications
No support, no way to contact them, and after 20+ code requests, trying forgot password, guessing passwords and getting it right but still having to do additional authentication methods requiring email, and nothing showing up in my email (email address is correct and I checked the junk folder and nothing has shown up after 45mins even though the codes are only good for 5-10mins). I’m forever apparently locked out of my account. The points and rewards are great, but the app is absolute trash. Highly recommend not wasting your time and morale downloading.

Error Retry
I’ve tried dozens of times to get this app to work for over a year and every time I try to set up an account I get Error Retry. This whole rewards thing is nothing but a scam. I give up!
won’t work
i have been on the same screen for 30 minutes. i put everything in and it was going fine and dandy until the verification. i tried to get a code sent to my number. didn’t work. i tried getting it sent to my email. didn’t work. and then i tried that whole process over again about 7 times. still didn’t work. i even went online to see if the app was down of it this was a regular problem i have to wait out and i turned my phone off, closed out every app, i even checked to see if it needed to updated. i have rewards on there already and cant even get to them. ridiculous

No Preferred Gas Station Option
It was easy to sign up for the Murphy Drive rewards. However, I wanted to be able to put in my preferred gas station, and I cannot do that. My preferred gas station is not close by me, but it’s where I go to see family.

Issues
I’ve been having issues with the app for a few months now about turning off the vpn on my phone and then try to reload the app back up on my phone. Still not working.
Scam
Wont let you sign up or login. Have tried multiple times. Everyday the store associate says I have tons of points available and to use them but can’t without the app….. that doesn’t work. Waste of time

Log in/ sign up doesn’t work
Every time I try to log in using my mobile number I get “server is busy. Try again in 5 minutes”. Every. Single. Time.
After reading reviews this has been happening for at least 4 years… so obviously whoever is running the app doesn’t care. The good reviews have to be fake lol. No one can seem to get in!!

Good for things and maybe a waste
Ive used the murphy app and rewards for years. I like that it keeps working and you can rev up to get points every week to get a free pop or cents off gas. However, these sweepstakes they do from time to time may just be a way for someone to waste their points. Ive not heard of anyone ever actually winning and I definitely haven't won anything so maybe just use your points for real things.
