Every time I have downloaded a fitness app to try to keep track of my workouts and food etc. but they always want me to pay them! Thank you for making your app free!! It shows that you are interested in helping people not getting paid! Much love

I found your app through TikTok. In your TikTok account there were a lot of examples on how to properly perform the exercises (do’s and don’t) and that was the main reason this app intrigued me. I blindingly signed up for a year thinking it was going to offer the exercise examples and better descriptions. The app doesn’t let you adjust exercise equipment, therefore, if you don’t have the right equipment then you won’t be able to perform most of the exercises offered. In the beginning of your profile set up the app asks the type of diet you’re in but doesn’t accommodate meal plans to your lifestyle. For example, I am doing keto and the recipes they offer are in no way keto friendly. Whats the point of asking about your diet? Ultimately, your TikTok account is much better than the app. I should’ve looked into your reviews first before even purchasing anything.

Can’t create or rearrange your own workouts

I bought the year subscription thinking this would be pretty great, but realized there’s no way to add to or make substations to the workouts, which kinda bites. I have some wrist problems and can’t do push-ups and some of the other exercises they have and I can not change or swap them out for other more tolerable exercises, so it’s not a program that I can use. Dang!

I can use with my iphone but with iPad video materials half cut and doesn’t show whole video.

Peux pas mettre l’application en français

Terrible

Firstly there’s no option to try the app without a subscription, not even a one day trial, so you’re going in blind on what you are getting. The “meal plans” do not work, the instructions are not available and there is only two ingredients listen on a meal that obviously uses more than 4 Ingredients. The workouts are not personalized, if you lack the equipment required for a workout you have no option but to skip it. Don’t waste your time and money.
