Poor app, poor customer service
I tried this program via a trial subscription. Initially I enjoyed it but the exercises became repetitive with not enough variety each day. Every few days the app stopped giving voice prompts to start and end an exercise meaning I had to keep glancing at my phone screen whilst trying to do the exercise. Customer support suggested off loading the app and reinstalling. After the third time this became tedious. Then all of a sudden they charged me £49.99 for another months subscription. No friendly email warning me this was about to happen, they just took it. Very poor customer service. So I’ve cancelled the subscription a from the next renewal date. For what this is £49.99 a month is a rip off.
