I Should’ve Listened to the Reviews 😂
I read all the reviews saying this app was basically useless for foreign visitors, but I decided to be optimistic. That was my first mistake. 😂
I first tried purchasing tickets through the official website using multiple credit cards from multiple banks. Nothing worked. So, thinking the app might work better, I actually downloaded it specifically to try purchasing my tickets there. Spoiler alert: it did not.
The app wouldn’t even let me change the quantity of tickets I wanted to purchase. At one point I was so committed to making this work that I said, “Fine, I’ll buy ONE ticket at a time.” Still declined. 😂
I have rarely worked this hard to give someone my money.
If an international tourist is trying to purchase tickets to visit Türkiye’s museums, accepting international credit cards and allowing us to select the number of tickets feels like a pretty reasonable starting point.
One star for consistency, though, the bad reviews were completely accurate.

Scanner broken, couldn’t use audio guide
Didn’t work after paying for an audio guide with the Galata tower. Couldn’t scan the QR code. Just kept getting error messages. Scanner on camera worked with other apps/QR codes so definitely an app problem.
Only for Turkish citizens and residents
Everywhere we go we are told to download this app by the people at the ticket office. I’m sure it’s very good, but you can’t actually access it without a Turkish ID number. After contacting the help desk they informed me it is only for Turkish citizens

Occasion manquée
Cet audioguide est une perte de temps. Utilisé à Goreme et Pamukkale, il ne sert à rien. A Goreme, wifi instable donc pas possible de l’utiliser partout. Des pastilles vocales courtes et totalement vides d’informations. A Pamukkale, on vous offres des oreillettes Bluetooth tellement nulles qu’elles vont aller à la poubelle et épuiser les ressources de la planète. Quand aux commentaires ils sont lus par une voix numérique qui trouve le moyen de dire « avenue Jesus Christ ».
Bref, ça aurait dû être une super innovation, mais c’est lamentable. Surtout quand on fait payer une telle somme pour les entrées.

The head set or the ear pods for translation
I had really bad experience with your app I couldn’t listen to any of the audios except one after that everything stopped working. I tried many times the internet is only 3G nothing wants to load.

Waste of money
No wifi to download with. Even if you get the app downloaded the application says “no data found!”
stupid audio tour function
you never able to download all ep for the tour, and you cant pre-download them

В аудиогиде Аспендуса 4 последних аудиозаписи одинаковые, исправьте, пожалуйста ошибку для следующих потребителей. Еще интересный факт: почему на русском и испанском бот - переводчик, а на Английском будто сам Зевс читает как сказкоплет 😅
