Can’t Make Lyric Videos
I used to use this app religiously and it was awesome I just can’t make any more videos. The app keeps crashing, I keep getting kicked out of my log in and I there’s error messages on every corner. I’ve tried to delete and redownload the app countless times and nothing’s changing.

Super tem potencial, acho que falta transparência do tempo de espera, se ele realmente existe, se o que foi registrado está computado e aguardando, ferramentas que possam amarrar a jornada das propostas do aplicativo. Criaram novas funções muito legais, mas o básico estando perfeito eu já teria adicionado todas as letras que preciso. Meu perfil como artista mal é reconhecido, meio bugado, e constantemente aparecem mensagens de erro pedindo refresh. Não sei se são coisas fáceis de consertar, to super disposta a mudar a nota se conseguir entender por que mesmo pagando os recursos não funcionam e se é falta de um plano superior ou sei lá o que. Amazing for independent artists
As an independent artist this app has helped me a ton in terms of adding synched lyrics! Wouldn’t be possible without it and I really appreciate it
Horrible app
I never take time to make reviews but I had to leave a horrible review for this app. It doesn’t work. No buttons work or lead anywhere. Each page is just a common cash grab for minimal features. Do better musixmatch. Shame on you for monopolizing this. I will recommend to everyone NOT to use this app or company. Lame app. Lame company. Lame everything.

Very useful for artists
Not functional, support unresponsive
Paid a month ago. Tried multiple times to verify my artist — it’s live on Apple and Spotify, I can listen to the song. And still verification fails. I’ve messaged support and no one gets back. This is not functional software.

De-democratization of music
If you have a featured artist on your track, you’ll have to pay 30 bucks to Musixmatch to have your lyrics on Spotify. And there are NO alternatives.
Why does this exist?
The app doesn’t even let me in. I go through the splash screens, log in, and then it takes me back to the splash screens and then repeats over and over and over again in an endless loop. The app shouldn’t even exist at this point. It’s literally pointless!

Hey, I’ve been loving the app, but since the new update, I’ve been unable to click on upload lyrics. It’ll just bug and return back to the Home Screen. Please fix, I have the yearly and would love to use it.

Musixmatch pro won’t connect to Apple Music and does not let files to sync lyrics
Useless
The app is an endless sign in loop. No matter my sign in method, after entering my info, it takes me right back to the sign in screen over and over endlessly.
Constant error out on web, no roster on the app
This musixmatch pro as a service for artists is not good. The lyric video maker on the browser constantly errors out. On the app I don’t even see my artist in my roster. This is as a paid subscriber to Artist Grow.
Crashing all the time
Great app on the computer, most of the time. But this mobile app seems to have everyone experiencing the same issues constantly- crashing randomly, error codes, and general difficulty of use.
Personally, I’m encountering an issue where I try to select ANY song from my roster, it immediately either crashes or just shows the proper screen for like half a second before taking me back to the selection page. Such a weird problem to have, and only on mobile. It happens not just in the app, but on the website too. Maybe it’s just my account? But it seems like I’m very much not alone in this. Please fix this issue, I pay for this service.

Major sync calibration issue
There are two things the developer needs to work on: the upcoming/scheduled release feature isn't working, and I am paying for it. Secondly, every time I run a line-by-line sync, the AI sync ruins a good, accurate calibration afterward. These are the current issues that must be fixed for users to get the full experience they paid for. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

One of the worst apps
It’s a shame that this app is the only way to get lyrics on Spotify because it is an absolute disgrace of an app. Get nothing but error codes for weeks with absolutely no way to contact a human being. Be better

Terrible and I’m sad
I bought a year subscription, and for over 3 weeks on my 4000.00 computer, laptop or IPhone. It wouldn’t sync any lyrics. I uploaded the song and it wouldn’t just sit at zero percent for hours. I reached out and they blamed my computer not being strong enough. I tried, linking Spotify, I tried MP3 and Wave. It wouldn’t just sit at zero. I tried to get help and couldn’t get any so I asked to cancel my account and get a refund since I only uploaded 3 lyrics that actually worked. And they just cancelled my account and said I’m not entitled to a refund. So I’m out 1 whole year of a subscription. Absolutely terrible.

GLITCHES AND FORCE CLOSING
I’m not about to keep paying my annual subscription If this issue is going to keep arising! I should not be having difficulties uploading my lyrics, syncing it, adding credits , ETC! Now every I try the app keeps force closing on me out of no where, as if it can’t handle the functions it was built to carry out! My app is updated and I have a great phone!! This falls completely on yall! I’m near my last strike
