this app is a scam. made me pay double !!! when payment went through .... now they are charging me in order to get my refund !! how sad

Your app is not allowing to view my daily usage. So I called MVEC in my area and the rep is telling me to go to office. What’s the point of the app then.
Simple card issue can end up costing you a lot
The old Magic Valley app used to keep your credit card on file which made it easy to pay your balance. The new updated app does not keep your credit card information on file and I have paid $300-$400 to get my service reconnected due to my meter being an old meter at my apartment complex and they need to send a maintenance man out to reconnect it the reconnection fee is $100. Can we get an app that saves our card so that we don’t have this issue anymore? Or is that how Magic Valley works off of peoples hundred dollar maintenance calls. I know gas went up but this is ridiculous.

switching back to paper bills
app keeps deleting information this happens every two to four weeks. it’s been a pain and this verification process is one of the worst in the world.
Payment Options
App needs a major update. Does not allow for ‘saved’ payment options that make processing payments so much easier.

The old app worked just fine. This one is worthless and frustrating. Every month I have the same issues with logging in.
Previous app was better
I didn’t like this new app at all, I hate that it doesn’t allow you to save your credit card info and you have to input every month to pay the bill. Unless I’m the one who can’t find where to save the info.
Worse than the last app
This app is worse than the last app MVEC had. Does not allow me to make a payment, and always kicks me out of the app.

Horrible app
If I could rate 0 stars I would, it says I’m using thousands of kilowatts and that I’ve already used 600k kilowatts in a month when it’s impossible I only use an average of 500-700 kilowatts a month. Please fix this
Horrible new app
The old app was way better than this crap. This won’t even save my payment info so that I don’t have to keep re-entering every time what payment form I want to use. It’s a mess all around I really hate it.
The other app was better
The new outrage map is useless, the one in the old app was better. The old app would also give updates on the status of a report and there’s nothing like that on the new one.

I never got the email to confirm, i can’t find the option to resend the email, I can’t start the process to enroll from scratch because I already used my email account, and I can’t log in because I am not enrolled... makes no sense

Horrible app
It never lets me log in it always tells me the username and password are wrong Customer Service is often rude and they take forever for them to answer the call and when they do they just want to cut you off quickly
This is how I made it work
The account number is the full number of your account without the dash. Member number is the number up to the dash.
I want the old app back...
It was bare bones, but at least I could log in and pay my bill. This app won’t let me register after I’ve input all the correct info. I’ve attempted it 4 times now. Ridiculous.

It doesn’t let you register, we are in 2020 and they still have problem setting up an application to pay the bill, it’s unbelievable, a little kid can do it.

• Your Member Number is the first 6 digits of your account number (e.g. 123456) do NOT include the numbers after the dash
• Magic Valley will send you another email with a link... follow the link, create a new password and a security question.
• That's it... login to the app or website... up to you

Easy to use
I had no problem registering again. It’s very easy. They also provide a video as to how to register very detailed. All you have to do is follow the instructions. The app is easy to use, simple not complicated at all.
