Why is the app still under maintenance?
Did AA get hacked that the app is still under maintenance for the past 2 months!!

Still no new app why did you not have a new app running before you stopped the old one working totally on helpful and on this and irresponsible to have the app not working and then working either I travel a actual road where it’s very little houses and you need the GPS to actually tell people where you are

Renew membership
This is the second year that I still can’t renew my membership with this app. I have to use EFT for renewal. It is now 3 months and the app still do not show that the money has been received or that my membership is updated.
Location
Location ; the AA application does permit you to enter the address of your vehicle’s location. Very irritating and non -functional. If the GPS location is not accurate, you are unable to correct it !!!!
Worst Site
It’s absolutely useless. I would give it a Zero * and do it the old fashioned way. With my AA Mobility Card
Sort of does the job
More or less does what you expect, but has a lot of odd quirks. For instance, I’ve got an annoying “1 message dot” notification, and I can’t find what I need to do to make it go away.
There was a great opportunity missed with app. The AA rates are the standard by which people claim travel expenses. Why are you not able to record trips in your car, and it lets you know how much it cost?
The AA paper-based road maps used to be the best out there. I would have thought that they would have made their way into the app.
It’s missing the ability to record the details of an accident, or where the closest AA approved garages are. Feels really thin overall and you are left feeling that South Africa’s premium roadside assistance service deserves a better app.

Needs improvement
Currently the app is lacking efficiency, it lags and doesn’t work properly…hopefully AA can resolve this and make it better🤝

The new AA app is great... All you could need from the AA in the palm of your hand...
Buggy and ugly
This app is a UX nightmare - heaven forbid one should have to rely on the app in an emergency. Besides things not working most of the time, it’s a nightmare to navigate and doesn’t offer much value or utility.

Bad app
This app does not work well. Cannot login even though I am paid up member.
Small problem
I am an AA client, have been for many years. I also have the AA armed response and its paid in full however when I go on my app it shows that I don’t have armed response which is a worry. How do I solve this please?
App is buggy
I’m not a member of the AA. I try to update my details but I see an error “LocalUserInfo with id 0 was not found” and it gets stuck asking me to enter an OTP that never arrives.
Doesn’t work
I can’t get past the input details stage, it won’t let input my name etc just my email address and phone number.

Even after several updates my app just gives me an error loading screen. Please fix this? Iphone 8
AA App
App still does not work on my iPhone 6 and has not for well over a year. Armed response is therefore a waste of time
