Terrible Customer Service
Claims never process on time. Customer service representatives have no idea what they’re doing. Multiple times claims have been entered incorrectly for benefits I don’t even have. Honestly terrible experience.
Slow to use
Slow system. Easy interface but difficult to move to next section. Nearly impossible top get pictures and documentation to upload. Very frustrating. I’ll keep trying.
App efficient
Apps runs really slow. Constantly freezes. Also trying to upload documents to a claim, it acts like it’s going to let you then when you click the document - upload it doesn’t do anything.

I have yet to speak to anyone who can answer my questions regarding my claim, I even sent an email and have had no response. The app gives you little to no information, I am beginning to re-think my decision to add this to my coverage. On representative stated that unless I needed the money I should wait to submit a claim…so I pay for this every pay period and he’s questioning my need to file a claim? I cannot even escalate my concerns as there is never a supervisor available…I never had any issues with AFLAC…completely disappointed

It's ok
It's pretty straight forward, but slow to get from one module to the next. Also, in the middle of actively finishing a claim, it logged me out for inactivity!! I then had to restart the form!

Update app
When having to enter an email address, the app should already know and give the option on the screen with the app symbol and period so that way we don’t have to switch screens multiple times just to enter our email address. Get with the times.

I’ve had the worst time trying to file claims.

This app use to be useful now, it’s lagging. Doesn’t show past claims anymore. Says that it doesn’t have me detailed information, have to call in to verify myself
