Not a User Friendly Design
Difficult to navigate
Can’t log in
Iv been trying to log into the app for months, it has never functioned. I can go online and utilize there but the app is a consistent spinning wheel of death

Had $100.00 in there now it’s gone I only spent $40.00
Export documents
Why is there no way to export my documents? Poor app (and website) design
Non user friendly
Navigating app is the hardest thing to maneuver. It is not an easy task to find specific areas to do said "tasks" it's frustrating & wastes time
No Code
Trying to get into my acct. it requested a code. I have clicked the button twice and still no code. How am I supposed to get into my acct?
Useless
This app is useless can’t even log in . Keep sending me bunch of 1 time code with nowhere to enter it.
Poor App
I can’t see the true value of my investments in the app. The brokerage account balance is not the true value. Performance of investments is difficult to understand. The app is laid out terribly. Difficult to navigate and detail is very limited. This is the worst investment app I use and I have two others- Edward Jones & Vanguard are good apps. They give good detail and are easy to understand investment performance. They’ve put time into making a good investment app.

Cannot link accounts
App wont connect credit card accounts. Freezes and stops working. Great idea if the app actually functioned
