Poor customer service
This is my first experience with Plan Source. The interaction has not been positive. The rep suggested I change where I get my prescriptions from (Publix) because it shows as a grocery store! It is the user’s responsibility to make sure they can provide the documents to the IRS, not Plan Source!!! Never had this problem with their competitors TASC and Employee Benefits.

OTP Entry Forces Repeated Keyboard Switches
When entering an email OTP the app forces the standard iOS keyboard to switch back to letters with no numbers requiring an extra button press on every letter. Even worse if you mistype requiring a backspace that also swaps back to letters only keyboard.
This behavior does not happen in any other OTP enabled login flow in any other app I have.

The worst app ever!
This app is the worst app I have experienced. Below I will list its short comings.
1) each time you leave the app. It signs you out and you have to start the process over and over again.
2) the app lacks any customer support
3) the app will provide denied notices, but the notice fails to explain why a claim is denied.
4) when you are reviewing transactions/ claims. If you click the detail link which always lack any explanation. Therefore that option t is worthless, but worst thing it does. It it takes you back to the beginning of the transactions. So you scroll down trying to find where you left off.
I can go on and on, but it’s clear this app was cheaply designed and does even attempt to make itself user friendly. Furthermore, the most frustrating thing about this app that it constantly closes and you have to repeatedly have to sign in. In addition, it fails to provide the basic support data and the lack of detail in the denied claims is amazing frustrating and worthless.

It won't let me log in 😅
I JUST created an account, I copy and pasted my username and password via text and the app legit just won't let me log in. It keeps telling me the credentials are invalid. But then I can go log in from my desktop. Terrible app, lol.

Says that the credentials are incorrect. They aren’t, and work online. Your app is terrible, and the service should feel embarrassed.

I credibly difficult to navigate and get error messages throughout.

Used to work fine but at the time I needed it most, it wouldn’t let me login. Keeps giving error message of unknown error.
No Support
The app attempts to use an email confirmation to confirm access, but never sends the authentication email.

Very slow app now, i feel like they’re are a lot of new bells and whistles that don’t actually help, but now slow down the app. I don’t need a performance review every time i login, i just want to check my balance and upload a receipt.

The worst app I have. Everytime I try and log in the the app closes. It doesn't even do anything. I only gave one star because I have to. So annoying!! Please fix this app.

13 July 2019 - just closed and downloaded app. Upon entering username to sign in, app crashes.

I open the app. Put in my username. Hit save and enter, and the app closes.
