Not getting anywhere with the representative or the company, downloaded the app so I could get additional information and it has been utterly useless. Keep trying to do the pain survey but just says an error has occurred. I am a hard worker I injured myself on the job and no help in site

Does not give code
Went to download the app. When asked for a verification code was never sent to my cell phone. They have my work phone listed. How is my work phone going to get an activation code. They app does not work.

Supposedly Updated
After it said it made bug fixes and updates and I accepted the new terms of service the kept shutting down on me. I uninstalled it then tried to log back in but said incorrect password so I requested to reset the password and requested an activation code. they sent it (rcvd call on cell phone by automated caller) with a 5 digits code and the app only accepts 4 digits. It’s not like this was the greatest app/service to begin with but this is ridiculous that you can’t even log in or get accurate information to assist you. From other reviews CorVel has no desire to be helpful and/or professional. Unbelievable!

Been trying to set up this account for over 4 months and still not receiving sms message with activation code to sign up no matter how many times I uninstall and delete the app.

My phone number is correct but I never receive any texts with the activation code! Other people have this problem too according to the reviews. Definitely a major flaw and needs to be fixed, but clearly that won’t happen as this seems to have been going on for a long time!

Downloaded but I unable to sign up, the app says it’s sending an activation code sms, but it never arrives. I talked to a CorVel representative and was told that my phone number is correct on their end, so it is my problem. I am disappointed and unable to access.
Access code
I can not even access the account by app because it does not send the code to my PHONE number nor email. I need some help!

You can’t even sign up. It asks you to created a password, but when you do, it says “error” it needs to be fixed now.. look at all the #1 reviews
