App wouldn’t open
The app thing keeps turning and turning but never opens. It’s been over 6 months since this started. I have to always use their website on top of okta. It’s like operating 10 apps to get logged into one website

This app is horrible. Can never get it to login. It just keeps turning and turning and never getting logged in.

The app takes forever to load sometimes it just crashes. Do the developers even care about this app ?
FIX IT
This new app version is horrible. Please revisit it and FIX IT. This school costs far too much to have technology that doesn’t work and you just increased tuition AGAIN.
Slow opening
Takes forever to open. Have to have another app, to verify who you are and then come back into this app. It’s weird. And half the time the app doesn’t open. I keep checking if it needs an update, and it doesn’t. This is just a faulty app.

Won’t load and blames my data connection
I’m a new student this session and your app will not load. Then it’s blaming my network connection. I’ve tried numerous networks and none of them have problems with my other apps. Please fix!
Low grade
This app is frustrating. You immediately get a page saying the page needs to be refreshed message that you have to initiate at least twice before actual access happens. Don’t try and access the email or the bookstore first because then you can’ t navigate back to the class. Pretty disappointing.
Horrible update
I have used the Chamberlain app for years, first with my BSN and now with my Masters. This update is awful and inconvenient. It sends me to the website every time I try to use it and requires a security code every time, even if I’ve used it recently. It’s glitchy and keeps prompting me to finish my application even though I’m already enrolled and two classes into the program. I absolutely hate this app now. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Old app worked better!
Each time you open this app it switches to Safari and asks you to open your account there. I just want to use the app!!! Why is this happening? It is very inconvenient and challenging to use this app. Please change it back! You actually ruined a good thing!!!
Why?
I’m trying to understand the reason of this app because it takes you to the Internet which defeats the purpose of an app. It makes you log in twice once into the app and then to get to your dashboard. Could be a lot better.
Terrible
I don’t know why the app was changed. It brings you to the internet. The old app I could access my classes and information quicker. This just brings me to the webpage. Constantly have to sign in. Nothing is easy to locate as before. Not happy with this app. Don’t see it being as easy to access my classes and read/respond to post in the class from this app. Was able to be mobile with my class now I’ll have to drag the laptop every place

Does not work
This app doesn’t work on either my iPhone or iPad. Need to go back to the old version.
Too complex
This app requires login information every. single. time. Not to mention, once login is successful, it opens in a web browser. The old app is much easier to access and navigate. 👎🏽
Garbage
The app is more like web browsing then a app. When you click on anything it takes you out of the app. The other app was so much better. It logs you out every time way too much information.
Should be able to stay logged in…
Anytime you close out the app you have to login again can that be fixed?
