Forever reinstalling App
Terrible software. It drops out several times a week, but deleting and then reinstalling does fix it. I have not had this trouble with ANY other App on my iPhone.
The Bonaire heated works fine but the WiFi controller is shocking. Do not buy this product.

Waste of money
Don’t waste your money on Bonaire or the app. I have had nothing but problems for 3 years with the system. The app is unreliable and when it does work has very little features than what was promised. The app always seems to stop responding on very hot days, public holidays or both. A lot of money wasted.

The only thing you could do is download the app you can’t sign in because it won’t accept any password

No matter what they say, you cannot connect to Google assistant It doesn’t work
Don’t do it!
What a complete waste of money. Our builder talked us into “upgrading” to the fancy wifi model that is app controlled and will change your life… a few hundred dollars and absolutely NOTHING to show for it! Don’t waste your time or money on this! Heater installer has tried to overcome the issues, builder wants nothing to do with it, company are saying not their issue and no response from the help via the app or email . Would NOT recommend.
