Not working
Go through all the trouble to report low power voltage just for an error message to pop up that the case could not be processed. Waste of time.
Water Reading
When I want to enter the monthly water reading it jams and can not submit, went to the WhatsApp, to submit there it also has problems, they don’t deserve even that one star and I’m still waiting for my waste bin and there’s no turnaround time 😥
Does this app ever work?
At first it did not not accept my Siyakhokha credentials. I then opted to log in as a guest. Now it won’t accept the address from where the query/complaint comes from. Also, is there value in these reviews? Is someone following up on them? All in all, it’s a frustrating app to use
Worse than terrible
Since the update I’m unable to login. Have tried password reset to no avail.

Nothing functional in this app
Unable to report issues (gives an error message each time). WhatsApp reporting number tells you it’s after hours and says “Goodbye” during office hours! Complaints don’t work. Complaint image upload doesn’t work and freezes the app. Have been trying to report a leak under the road for 4 weeks!
App getting worse with every update
Leave it to government is SA to brake everything. Thos app is a case in point. With every update it is getting worse. Current version you can hardly see what is going on as 80% of text that you need to click on is not even on screen, so now you need to guess what you want. Then when you can eventually log a service request, this app tells you that "Complaint Warning. No street address found at this location, please move the pin and try again". If it wasn't for the fact that I need this app, I would have deleted it in a flash

Bad design
When trying to submit readings for meters: It does not register a tap on the screen so I can scroll to see the button to submit.
Can’t submit meter readings anymore
After the most recent update once you click on the text box to add water meter readings the keyboard covers the submit button and you can’t close the keyboard to submit. So it is completely non-functional.
Useless
This is such a bad app you cannot even submit your reading because you cannot press the button to submit because keypad stays visible and there is no way to hide it. Among a lot of other issues. Get it fixed or contact me and I will write you a better app!!
Cannot upload meter readings
Have been trying for almost an hour to upload meter readings, keep getting an error. Cannot upload a photo from phone, nothing happens. When taking a photo it gives an error while uploading
What is the use?
Nothing works on this app can’t submit meter readings, can’t submit complaints the only thing that works is viewing my bills and how to pay. Terrible customer service and non responsive app.

Can no longer submit meter readings, customer complaints are also not working. They pay millions for this app and it looks like it was developed by a child!
Hardly ever works
The app hardly ever works. The latest issue is that one cannot upload your meter readings. It tells you that it has been queued for upload and afterwards gives an error and all is lost.
Not allowing meter reading upload
We get interim readings because we can’t upload to app. It tells you to upgrade to a later version, but there is no later version.
Useless Services & App
This is the most useless service portal I have ever had to use…takes for ever to load. When wanting to perform actions on it, it states there is a new version that I need to download from App Store, but last update was a year ago and at the save version as I currently have installed.

Never works
You cannot submit a water meter reading. Managed once and never again. I try multiple times each month in the given submission period but app just hangs. You can get to the place to submit a photo

It is so frustrating to use this App. It only worked once and I loaded both my electricity and water meter readings but only the electricity reading was considered. Water still came back as Interim after I paid an exorbitant amount in February when it was ‘adjusted’! Back to square one. I be been trying to load the new readings for more than a week nothing is happening. Says App has been updated. I go to the App Store, same app keeps on loading. Frustrated resident.

Zero stars
Would give zero stars if possible. This is a joke: anything reported is completely ignored. Don’t waste your time, the only purpose of this app is to allow COE to boast about how many issues the “handle”, when in reality they handle none. Literally do not waste your time. NOTHING will come of anything you report here.

Upload history
There is no way to see if your readings were uploaded correctly. As well as show a history. This would be much appreciated.
Can’t submit tickets
It’s been a problem for a few years now yet it’s not fixed. So why bother reviewing?
I can’t submit tickets because I need to update my profile with my cellphone number but you can’t have a profile without it??? My number is updated! Please can we go back to the old app where we could submit issues and tickets without a profile!! Or is this on purpose to ignore service delivery?
