Disappointed
Details of the system say that if you lock the engine using the app, the engine CANNOT be started. In my case the engine can be started but a drive gear cannot be selected. The details provided by Vodafone are misleading

It took almost 5 hours to install and connect and now it doesn’t know my vehicle location

Horrible
Onboarding process is awful. Weak generated passwords that can’t be updated. Lousy, lazy error messages like this:

My connected car application| and login {username} : {password}
With both your literal username and password dumped to the screen. And leaking internal package names to users is so lazy it’s disrespectful.
Support buttons don’t work. Tapping them doesn’t connect your call. And when you do phone up at 17:15 and go through the tedious stream of options, you’re told the support team shut up shop at 5 pm.
