It won't send a text to my American cell phone to create an account and get past the first page.
Impossible to set up account
Can’t get past the beginning. The app asks for your cell number so it can send an SMS to set it up. Then they never send the SMS. I’ve tried everything. This shouldn’t have to be so hard. It asks for your country and populates the country code correctly then you fill in your cell
Number and hit go and nothing happens. There is no alternative or troubleshooting you are just stuck with a Telepass go that you bought and can’t use.

Not friendly for tourists
How can you expect to register via SMS? For people travelling, roaming may bot be an option, email confirmation seems logical

Loop continui dalla app al sito. Nessun modo di attivare le promo. Persa un’ora per nulla.
Payment status
Not easy to pay true the app, unless you have QRcode, which I can’t identify, not Apple Pay, frustrating making worse for the clients to pay on time, and not being able to access the service for the customer service. Just to make you pay extra fee for not having paid on time.
