È’ una settimana che sono senza internet a casa. Continuo a chiamare il 187 e riesco solo a parlare con Sofia dell’intelligenza artificiale

Poorly designed and no support
L’applicazione ha un permanente messaggio che la velocità della mia navigazione è stata ridotta perché non ho pagato la mia fattura. Inoltre ricevo messaggi che dicono la stessa cosa. Ho contattato supporto e mi hanno detto di non farci caso in quanto la app è piena di bugs. Se qualcuno mi può contattare per risolvere il problema apprezzerei moltissimo. Grazie.

Terrible experience
I have not had wifi for over a week and TIM has done nothing to fix this. The App assistant is useless and says the line is working and it is now apparently the glitchy Flexy service that just stops working despite showing I have paid all my bills. Now they won’t even contact me to reset the line. Terrible service.

Internet à genoux malgré le forfait data illimité, n’espérez pas regarder la télévision. Mise en route laborieuse et contrat impossible à clore. Aucune réponse aux mails, bref des branleurs.
