One of the worst govt app I have seen
I worked with computers all my life. I speak Italian and I have never seen such a terrible app/ site. Just to get an official notice I had to spend more than an hour and failed. It tellls you it is sending a code within the app. It never arrived. A kafkaian idea of modernisation

Impossibile attivare carta d’identitá, OTP non arriva per verificare credenziali
Il mio numero é inglese e quando clicco per ricevere OTP, non arriva. Ci sono diversi forum online con italiani che si lamentano per lo stesso motivo e non c é nulla da fare. É un’ora che provo ad attivare la mia carta d’identitá.
