Horrible
Onboarding process is awful. Weak generated passwords that can’t be updated. Lousy, lazy error messages like this:

With both your literal username and password dumped to the screen. And leaking internal package names to users is so lazy it’s disrespectful.
Support buttons don’t work. Tapping them doesn’t connect your call. And when you do phone up at 17:15 and go through the tedious stream of options, you’re told the support team shut up shop at 5 pm.

Stop asking for me to rate your app!
Every time I open the app I am asked to give a star rating and having done that, I am asked if I want to add a review. Every time, I give a star rating, reject the invitation to write a review, and am then allowed to access my journey information. I’m now tired of this inconvenience, hence accepting the invitation to write a review in the hope that you leave me in peace. Sort it out! 😡

No option to register an account
Only option is to “login” - no option to register for an account.
Great protection
Vodafone connected vehicle works for me as very effective. Sometimes too effective if I don’t have my fob with me.
False alert nightmare
Be prepared to deal with false alerts at least three times a week. Even after reconfiguring the FOBs.
Key fob
It’s a great app ,the only issue I have is the fob is really light and easy to drop I’ve lost it and luckily found it after a search , also it’s not easy to open to replace a battery .don’t know how many times I’ve submitted this survey but it’s getting on my tits now 🤬🤬🤬

Underwhelming- cant seem to find our motorhome parked in an open area for 4 hours - concerning if someone steals it.

I’ve been using the Vodafone tracker for several years. Never failed to locate my vehicle. Easy to use and reliable
Vague
I’m afraid to say that it rarely updates had for over a month done over 5000 miles not recorded any of them. Doesn’t show where vehicle currently is and i can only see where it was yesterday!
The apple air tag in the vehicle is more accurate and current. Got to have it to satisfy insurance company

Great App poor service
Had app for years. Keeps occasionally freezing and can have delays in updating.
If you transfer unit from one vehicle to another. Unless you go through a registered business they will not allow you the change vehicle details.

Too slow
This app/service is not accurate,my car can be parked outside my house but on here it says it’s somewhere else,I wonder how useful it would be in an emergency
Crash on login
Seems to mostly abort immediately when logging in leaving crash dumps behind on iOS. When you can get past login the app does what you might expect.

App crashing non stop
Fix the app crashes. I cannot open the app at all, it crashes 1 second after I launch it. Please fix it. It’s been like this for a while now.

You have to load it around 10!times before it will open!!! Absolutely crazy!!!
Don’t ever consider using Vodafone Vehicle Tracking
The app is very unstable and unreliable as it shows wrong status of the engine! I have my engine immobilised due to poor signal and the car wouldn’t start :(

Ok so far
Only had the app and car with tracker for a few days but it already does what the previous top range MetaTrak didn’t. It shows the car where it is and not 90 miles away where the car isn’t and never has been. Only issue so far is the app crashing and closing 9 times out of 10 when logging in. Using iPhone 13.

Appalling
Keeps telling me my car is somewhere else. Not a couple of doors away but about half a dozen streets away.
Thankfully I have a ring doorbell so I can check that it’s outside our house, instead of me calling to report my car stolen.
