Can’t login to account with app
I’m a new customer and when I try to login to app I immediately get an error message. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and the same error message happens. I’m not even able to put my user name and password in
App does not let me login, crashes
App does not let me login when I click the “Login” button. It crashes instantly and nothing works.
The app is never working
The app has been down for at least two weeks. How am I suppose to pay the bill? Please fix it!

I have had this app for a while. It was working but annoying to have to login every time. Now I cannot login at all. Hit login and it take me to an error about parameters. Junk!
No I.T. Fixes?
Really, I love My Constellation but the app needs some Professional I.T. Support. Constantly having to log in twice to get to my account or getting invalid errors is getting annoying! Please fix your app.

This app is constantly having issues, usually during login. Often having to just go to their website as I can’t get past the login screen due to server side errors.

I read the reviews and from what I can tell, the app has greatly improved! You can manage and pay your bills just fine.

This app is useless. It look like developers quit developing and update it.
Biometric log in
I’m tired of having to log in there’s got to be a way to update this app to facial recognition. Somebody must know how to do that.
Over charge
Don’t use this company they over charged me this winter. Billed me way more than contract. Luckily I got away from they. They are crooks.

Worst app
I am not sure who designed this app, this is one of the pathetic app. Every time ask for login , no biometrics or face recognition mode . Very frustrating.
