Your system doesn’t send me sms password but it’s mandatory to enter an account, so I can’t use it. Impossible to change language on mobile app before login
Good attempt with two major flaws.
The ability to bypass the phones system and book appointments, sign in at the clinic and pay afterwards is time saving. The problem is IT maintenance, often unreliable out of the blue. Likely like many português companies they hired expert developers on a fixed contract and now have cousins Frederico and Joāo maintaining it.
The other issue unlike my chart I worked with the providers chart notes are not published on the App..

Que péssimo está o aplicativo MY CUF
Terrible App!!
This app is always buggy, complicated and counter intuitive! Worse though is the very poor support for it. In such a tech forward country CUF should be embraced enough of this app to actually fix it or replace it.
App doesn’t work after last update
The app doesn’t work after the last update. It keeps loading on the login. I also tried to delete app and all data and download again and keeps doing the same! Had to access on the computer.
