Terrible App!!
This app is always buggy, complicated and counter intuitive! Worse though is the very poor support for it. In such a tech forward country CUF should be embraced enough of this app to actually fix it or replace it.
App doesn’t work after last update
The app doesn’t work after the last update. It keeps loading on the login. I also tried to delete app and all data and download again and keeps doing the same! Had to access on the computer.
Terrible update
I used to love the overall UI and UX of the CUF app. Now they made it a web app and it’s terrible. Besides needing to sign in with a pin every time, the cookies preference option comes up EVERY time. The UI and UX aren’t good either. Please consider going back to the previous version. It was so much better!

Can’t book appointments
It’s not showing me any types of appointments to choose from. The auto complete is not working. Very frustrating and rendering the app useless
Past appointments
Where did all of my past appointments go? The app has always had issues. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. But at least when it did work, it worked well. Now, my past appointments are missing, except for the very last one. This makes rebooking an appointment much more difficult, and obtaining information about my past doctors almost impossible. Please load more information.

The most basic functions fail
Appointments are missing, prescriptions don’t show or only provide PDF and not app integration, often struggles to connect, the iOS version feels like a badly ported android/web app.

Dissatisfied With Ap blocking Care
This Ap does not provide me with the invoices or records and every time I show up to an appointment I am met with misaligned expectations. This Ap does not provide adequate info and therefore it no way replaces or makes up for the need to have a staff of personnel who can explain what people need to do to meet their exams and appointments prepared and ready. This Ap lacks the ability to get in contact with doctor so that if you or they forget a script for further exams you can’t simply get that taken care of. Maddening. This Ap is so close but not enough and so more frustrating than you can believe.

Login issues for foreigners
Unable to create an account because it requires either a Portuguese citizen card to verify your identity or a chavemovel number. I finally figured out what a chavemovel number is after waiting at a government office for two hours. But even after acquiring that, I STILL can’t create an account on MyCUF. Only part of it is in English, the rest in Portuguese. Not user friendly to foreigners.

Pretty bad product
It’s slow, only half is in English. Appointment type selection is all Portuguese and doesn’t even allow to select vaccines.
If you finally manage to find the right appointment it says it cannot book an appointment without offering alternative dates. Need to call now, where I always wait hours to get someone on the line. Very frustrating.

Can't login
Doesn't accept my login details. Saved on my iphone so correct as I've looged in before. Tried to retrieve by clicking forgot password and it asks me for VAT. Why on earth would you request this? What is this number?

Managed to get my appointment at Hospital da Luz. How can a business thrive managed like this is beyond me.

Poor english localization
The app itself is on english, but when you go to the doctors and treatments selection it’s all on Portuguese. Fix that! It’s also very slow, and doesn’t show upcoming appointments ofter so you have to restart the app.
