The Billion Dollar project sounds like a scam. El Monte needs to build more parks with all the vacant lots across the city instead of wasting tax payer money on erecting phantom “ghost” buildings.
How old is this app!?
Maybe when you update, you can show in “ongoing projects” that the CHIPOTLE already closed down years ago. Seriously, I got more info from reading the flyer for City of El Monte!!!
