Useful in theory, lots of room for improvement in practice

The app has a lot of sections / features that are very useful for a move. And since the page where you view and sign your quote isn’t that mobile friendly, having an app is a good idea in theory. However it’s REALLY buggy. For example, it only shows me / loads 1/6 of the information in my move plan no matter how many times I try to quit the app and reload. Needs a lot of improvements to be a functional tool.
