It’s a poorly executed web view that barely works on mobile
Useful in theory, lots of room for improvement in practice
The app has a lot of sections / features that are very useful for a move. And since the page where you view and sign your quote isn’t that mobile friendly, having an app is a good idea in theory. However it’s REALLY buggy. For example, it only shows me / loads 1/6 of the information in my move plan no matter how many times I try to quit the app and reload. Needs a lot of improvements to be a functional tool.

It was a huge help being able to use the FlatRate app to track my truck on move day and view my photo inventory to make sure all arrived in my new home! Great job FlatRate team!

Tracking my truck was a great help. Also could view my move details and other items like history, etc. Overall great moving experience.
Unusable
App will not load. It continues to have a circular loading sign over and over again and will not let me do anything.
Unusable (doesn't launch)
Downloaded and it just sits on a loading screen. Reinstalled and restarted my phone, no fix. I can see the menus but there's a dark overlay and an endless load.
