Useless for any other Island that Jamaica

The last update has rendered this app useless for any Island other than Jamaica. Fortunately, I have the old app on another device. The old app is extremely slow, but if you have the patience, you can use it to pay your bills.

My payment went smoothly, but something needs to be done about your chat option. Why have that option if it doesn’t work. I’ve waited over 10mins for someone to talk to me and it never happens and I’ve tried this multiple times. Please remove that option if it’s not available, it’s very frustrating.
