È stato molto difficile contattarvi per sapere come funziona l’auto lettura, alla chat non mi hanno saputo spiegare nulla e mi hanno dato un numero verde da chiamare, ho chiamato il numero e mi hanno detto che non era quello il numero giusto quindi mi hanno dato un’altro numero, chiamo mi rispondono che era il numero dei guasti e mi danno un’altro numero che era il primo che avevo chiamato quindi ho rinunciato, fortunatamente ho chiesto al mio vicino di casa di aiutarmi , per fortuna aveva una app dei vari modelli dei contatori del gas e ha trovato il modello di contatore che abbiamo noi in cui c’era la spiegazione di come fare l’auto lettura così ve lo potuta inviare; comunque sono rimasto molto deluso per la gente incompetentemente che avete al servizio chat inoltre dovreste indicare un numero verde esatto per chi ha problemi con la lettura dei vostri contatori, sarà il caso che provvediate quanto prima grazie
