App doesn’t work for while privacy apps are on.

Please make it easier to book parking. At least remember the car number plate and details, and also don’t need to have a booking reference to find booking

Stealing my battery power in the background
I used it only to load the airport map and track my departure flight, but the app stayed active in background forever even after leaving HK for 10 hours. It used 58% of my iphone battery!!!

Update Problems
Why hanged during the update download. Over 2 days waiting and problems not solved. It was not a good apps.
Bloated and basic features missing
I was just looking for a map of the airport and to find places around me. Perhaps the app does this, but I’ll never know. It’s far too bloated with useless features and far too frustrating to actually use

Battery hog
The app is used for a short period of time to look up flight info etc. However, without force closing the app, it will continue to run in the background and drain your phone’s battery very quickly.
User friendly app
Very intuitive and informative. Great tool to find flight status too!

Hard to use
The app is hard to sign up for. It’s also hard to actually get points since you have to manually submit receipts frequently. It’s so burdensome that it doesn’t seem worth it.

Easy to use
HKG is a pretty massive airport. Youd most definitely need this app to find what gate your flight is and how to get there. Very easy to use and user friendly
Smoking room
It’s in the sky garden, stupid app couldn’t find me one. No tracking. Pretty useless really, apart from suggesting stupid shops!
Registration doesn’t work
The overly complicated signup process doesn’t seem to work since I can’t seem to receive the verification code, which is also, for some reason, needed to sign up.
