Like the modern look of the app but the previous version was easier to use. Don’t like that out bunched chest and tricep day with back and biceps

“Failed to create membership management session” error
I’ve been using the app for several years. Overall it is a good app with good workouts. However, today I could not use it because of the error. It keeps asking me to select a payment plan even though I already pay monthly fee. I tried to call and email them for support. No answer or reply. Disappointed

New App is Amazing
I love how it’s no guesswork with looping exercise videos and a built in timer.

Terrible update
Price raised to $20 bucks a month for a poorly designed app that contains less than 30% of the old app. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere
Tracking issues
Sets and weights don’t track properly, app crashes and loses all workout progress. Also missing is the longer explanation of effort (RPE) and overall goal of the exercise iteration like the old app. Good idea and step in right direction but needs work. I like the rest timer and video explanation but would like an option to download for offline use.

Lacking Updates - Recycling workouts Over & Over
Had this app for over a year. After a few months of use, I had noticed that there is a huge lack in fresh programs. Every program is basically the same. You’re way better off downloading Hevy instead, as they use AI to build your workout program. This app also desperately needs an update regarding logging. It’s so barebones and old school.

Unable to cancel
I have been trying to cancel for 2 months now. I have reached out to customer support and nothing.

Great program, not so great customer support
I was turned on to this app after losing 60+ pounds and in need of a lifting program to “tighten up”. I love the program and I am seeing great results. It’s like having a personal trainer during your workouts. Every exercise is explained thoroughly with videos and full demonstrations. I workout in my home gym, so I appreciate that optional exercises are provided when certain pieces of equipment are unavailable to me.
The one drawback I have is the customer support communication is not there. I tried to contact customer support regarding a billing issue I have had from day one. I have tried several times to contact customer support and I’m getting no response. As much as I appreciate this app, I would not continue to use it while being billed twice per month. Totally worth the subscription price, not worth double the price.

Unable to sign up as it only shows login option
Lost its value
I’ve used this loyally for almost 4 years. The last year has been some of the worst programming I’ve ever seen. His workouts used to be challenging but now he programs the same movements and just recycles them. If you’re new to this app, you’ll see some benefit and enjoy its ease of use. After a few cycles you’ll be cancelling it and moving on.

I have enrolled on the web, entered my credit card information. Nothing has happened so far I cannot login.. I sent a support email. Guess what? No response.
At this point, I’m not sure if this app is even real or they’re trying to collect Market information for the demand. Or it’s a total scam .

I’ve emailed customer support twice for app issues and I’ve yet to receive a response.
Billing issues
I canceled the subscription three months ago and there’s still charging my card.
