Good app
Good app if you want to stretch between meetings and don't want to think what to do. Also connects you with friends and their activities so it's positive motivation to keep moving.
My everyday dose of exercise
I have downloaded many apps for routine exercises. But this one I found more interesting, simple and fun filled . I am very lazy for exercises but this one is different. Everyone should try this and I know they will get habitat to it. It has goal based, targeted and regular exercises as well and in a fun way . I highly recommend it to stay fit in a fun way.
