Doesn’t work
The app no longer connects to my buildings intercom and no one can fix it. I can no longer buzz open my door and I keep missing packages or getting them stolen now.

This is my first review ever and I never take the time to write reviews. This app is garbage and I can’t even use it to get into my apartment.
Inconsistent
The app is very inconsistent, and stops working entirely a lot, and I got no response to my email. As a result, packages are being left outside of the building and get stolen, and we can’t let the food delivery in
Absolute garbage system
The coop I have lived in for 3 years had this system when we moved in. It consistently has issues that prevent us from buzzing people in or working as intended. However, I feel the need to write this review today, because somehow the company has become even worse. Since at least 12/30, when I first documented the outage to our board, the app has been returning errors when you try to buzz people in or create guest keys. The company has sent out a series of updates that fail to properly account for the outage we have experienced and blame the problems on an AWS outage that somehow deleted their data. Cloud infrastructure has redundancies to avoid major data loss during outages, so I have difficulty believing that this is the truth. I would warn any buildings looking for an intercom system to stay far away from these guys.

Slow and Unresponsive
This app is terribly slow and unresponsive, and that’s when it even decides to connect at all. I’ve never left an app review, but felt compelled to share how terrible this system is compared to its competitors.
Worst Door System Ever
This thing ALWAYS has issues, it crashes, it never connects to the camera and it randomly doesn’t open the door for weeks at a time. If you don’t have to use this, DONT
Unable to Reach Server
Unknown what’s happened here, but the Tablet is able to send a signal to dial out to my phone. However now I am unable to remote into the camera or unlock the door via app. Keep getting a Server Error, Please Try Again Later message
Glitchy
This app kicked me out and will not let me log back in because “my information is incorrect.” I try to reset my password, and it tells me “server issue try again later.” Frustrated because I need to access my intercom, and I have no choice but to use this glitchy, unreliable system.

Abysmally bad
Slow, borderline unusable performance. Most features do now work. Full of ads. Why on earth would the intercom app for my building have ads. It is astonishing to me that this is a real company whose app I have to depend on. Quite possibly the worst piece of software I have ever used, full stop.
Does not work for new iOS
When you slide to unlock the door it does not unlock. I am the secondary user so I don’t know if that is why but it’s frustrating. It also never connects to the camera it says failed. Also due to the new iPhone iOS The last 3 times I have tried to use it, it does not even go to the screen to unlock the door. I can’t let people in and now I have to go downstairs to unlock the door physically which defeats the purpose of this app. YOU NEED TO UPDATE ASSP

used to be able to open the door from the app. now, with the update, you can view your apartment number. thats all you can do. what the freak.
