Can’t talk to a customer service agent

I want to subscribe the double offer bundle of 8500 instead of 4250 and I charged with 92 but it didn’t work for the double quota!! 🤷‍♀️

GARBAGE

The biggest problem with internet service in Egypt is still the lack of unlimited internet packages. In 2026, it’s frustrating that customers have to constantly monitor their usage, buy extra quota, and worry about running out of data before the end of the month.
