Since the update to this version, I can not recharge my electricity card. Contacted customer service two days ago, with no solution till now . Bad very Bad

Wrong display for cash preview
When trying to view the orange cash remaining balance it asked for pass code and the 0 and backspace buttons are not displayed in the screen
I have to change zoomed display settings to be standard to just display the half of buttons

Can’t talk to a customer service agent
I want to subscribe the double offer bundle of 8500 instead of 4250 and I charged with 92 but it didn’t work for the double quota!! 🤷♀️
