Poti sa-ti iei cartela PrePay, abonament de fibra sau poti trece la eSIM, direct din aplicatie. In plus, Djingo devine Asistentul Orange, acum cu inteligenta artificiala, disponibil 24/7. Nu uita ca daca vrei un abonament nou sau portare, totul se poate face rapid si 100% digital. Pe curand, cu alte vesti bune!

Serviciul de asistență on-line este cred doar o opțiune în aplicația celor de la Orange. Încerci să iei legătura cu ei însă tot pe clasic se mizează(apel) …degeaba avem aplicație dacă nu fac lucrurile mai simple pt clienții.

O problema mare întâmpinată la revenirea in tara cand activezi o optiune, se foloseste tot creditul(chiar daca astepti mesajul de confirmare) si din pacate nu se rezolva nimic la customer service
