Latest update required

They require me to have the latest version installed, which I have and I can’t get rid of pop up that informa me to download the latest… Therefore I got in an infinite circle.. Bad user experience
PPeterMünze

Low quality

Doesn’t work. Scanning my passport fails. Trying to enter the address manually doesn’t allow me to enter the postal code. Why I even need this for an eSIM is beyond me.

Unreliable service and unreliable contract price

Cannot rely on yoxo service like on a real mobile network I don’t understand the technology but it does not work at all times and places, paid extras also don’t work as advertised and they raise the price of the subscription on a whim whenever they want by 80% suddenly by just removing the plan you have “unilaterally”. All I want now is to find out how to cancel my Yoxo subscription

FAQ

What does YOXO do?

YOXO offers a flexible mobile plan service with no contractual period and no extra costs. Users can customize their plan monthly, enjoy unlimited data on the Orange network, and only pay for roaming when they use it. The service allows for easy activation of new numbers, porting existing ones, and managing family accounts.

What are the key features of YOXO?

Key features include the ability to modify your mobile plan monthly to suit your needs, unlimited data on the Orange 4G+/5G+ network, and the option to add roaming services when traveling. You can also port your number easily through the app, manage family plans, use YOXO SIM for smart home devices, and make payments for various services.

How does YOXO billing and payment work?

Payment is automatic and online, made via card directly within the mobile app at the beginning of the billing month. The service remains active for the next 30 days. If an automatic payment fails, you can pay via any card on the YOXO website.

How do I activate YOXO, and is eSIM supported?

You can activate a new number, port your existing number from any network, or switch from an Orange prepaid card. eSIM activation is available for an instant, simple, and faster installation directly within the app, without waiting for a courier.

How can I track my usage and get customer support?

You can track your resource consumption, such as minutes and data, in real-time within the 'Consum' section of the app. For customer support, you can access the Messenger section in the app or use the 24/7 virtual assistant, YOXO Helper, for answers to your questions.
