Buggy widget
Since the last update, the widget for my 2026 Cayenne only displays an image of the car, a Porsche logo, and no other meaningful content. The app has all the data including fuel level etc, it’s just the widget that became useless
Useless this far…
After entering my login and password, it goes to a blank screen. This is unexpected and disappointing.
App won’t load after I put my sign in info in.
Not sure if it’s because i have an IPhone 12, or if everyone is experiencing this
Battery level!
Why not add the current battery condition of the non EV cars?
Nice but not accurate
This is fun to follow. Too bad it isn’t very accurate. I had no real change for a month, but in talking with my sales person I learned that it had been in production for most of the time the app said it was waiting for construction to begin.
Login issues
Porsche Make this, app working, I cannot login after being logged out, got redirected to a blank browser
Stopped working
Stopped working after a year. Note to support says it will take 5 days to respond.
This is now useless
This last update renders this 100% useless. Cannot get any useful information on my car. Location is inaccurate. Range and vehicle info no longer exists. The app does nothing but promote new Porsche vehicles which I will no longer be interested in.
Car won’t connect
I’ve done everything to try to connect to the app. Unfortunately, the card does not connect. I’ve reset the vehicle twice. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve changed the names and logins you name it. This doesn’t work.
When it works it works well
Just like the title says, when it works, it works well. Unfortunately it doesn’t work often. I am a secondary user and even with granted remote access on the car and confirming it in my husbands app, it won’t update my app so I can’t use anything. The app randomly stops working and unregisters us and requires deleting and redownloading so we can’t even use remote access on my husbands app. We pay for the upgrade and I’m confused what it’s for at this point. Our Ford, Tesla and BMW apps have never done this. Terrible app experience for our first Porsche. A $100k+ car should t have such a crummy app.

Abysmal
I purchased my fourth Porsche on a lease and immediately signed up for auto payment. The payments got made for a few months and then they just suddenly dropped off and stopped
I got a call from the guy today telling me that I missed my June payment and I was about to miss my July payment
I asked him how that was possible since I was on auto pay and he says I was never on auto pay and that we have been paying it online each month which is not true at all
This has happened before with a previous Weir, you screwed it up and then reported me to the financial organizations. I haven’t made a payment late in 25 years. I have 825 credit.
Please get your act together and figure this out and stop harassing me when you screw up

Takes me to the white page, tried everything, doesn t work
Terrible
I can’t believe I pay for this service. It often can’t connect as it says my Porsche is in privacy mode. It is not but you just have to wait, often a day, for it to be able to connect. Reading the chat forums, this is a common, well known issue Porsche can’t seem to fix.
Issues
Unable to get Porsche to verify documents after 2 tries and can’t use digital key or any of the app features. Definitely not a great experience.
Always problems and glitches
I’m not a fan of the app. I always seem to have problems with it.
My Porsche in Apple Carplay doesn’t work for 911(992.2)
My Porsche in Apple Carplay only works when first setting up. Then it shows not supported and cannot be found in the carplay app list. App also crashes and quits when granting Apple music access. Multiple bugs identified please fix.

Can we get Apple map directions in the hud consistent across all Porsche cars? Taycan don’t have this
