My Porsche in Apple Carplay doesn’t work
My Porsche in Apple Carplay only works when first setting up. Then it shows not supported and cannot be found in the carplay app list. App also crashes and quits when granting Apple music access. Multiple bugs identified please fix.

A very well done app.
I have to say this is one of the most engaging automotive apps especially as it relates to pending car orders. Porsche has done a masterful job with tracking ‘milestones’ of your new car in production.

My Porsche
I’ve been using the Porsche app for several years and it continues to improve. I especially enjoy being able to track the status of a new vehicle order through the production process. Watching my new GT3 progress from allocation to production and eventually delivery has made the ownership experience even more exciting.
The app is easy to navigate, provides useful vehicle information, and allows me to check on my cars wherever I am. Features such as vehicle status, service information, and trip data are all presented in a clean and user-friendly format.
For Porsche owners, the app is a great companion to the ownership experience and helps keep you connected to your vehicle long before and after delivery. Highly recommended.

Good app
Been waiting on documents to be checked for 5 days
They fixed it
I have a Macan 4 and up until now, the app has been great. An update took away trip report data but it looks like they fixed it. I’d still like to be able to turn off just the ad notifications
Woefully outdated
It’s embarrassing to have such a beautiful and fine driving car matched with such buggy software and tied to this marketing driven app. Porsche should have a strict rule that no core feature of the car should depend on the continuous subscription to the app and its service.
For example the car itself will not let me filter for DC fast chargers UNLESS I pay for Porsche Connect. That is unacceptable and it leaves such a bad impression that will probably never buy another Porsche (I currently own a 911 and the Taycan)
The only things that the app should do is provide remote access to the vehicle. By this I mean:
1) Have the ability to precondition the interior ahead of time spontaneously [because I can already program the car to do this]
2) Show me the car’s location.
3) Show me the current charge status.
4) Start and stop charging
5) Roll the windows up or down
Porsche should update the car’s maps and firmware more often. It is still routing me to a non-existent off-ramp that changed 4 years ago.
If someone at Porsche headquarters wants to discuss this, I would be willing.

AI slop in manual search results
Recently, the car manual section has started putting AI slop above the actual search results. This slop is often wrong, and always pushes the useful results off the bottom of the page.

Very very buggy and poorly designed App! It frequently loses connectivity and refuses to update. Very limited features and functionality for programming and managing the charging process. CarPlay connectivity is random at best. I have been on the phone with Porsche Customer Service at least once a week for the last 3 months since the purchase of our 2026 Macan! I have been asked to delete and install the App multiple times. I have had to delete and reinstall my Porsche profile in the cars PCM at least 3-4 times. Really surprised to see a rating of 4.7 for this embarrassingly poor App under the Porsche brand.

The old format was so much more fun and helpful …..

I was getting a full screen and a much better, bigger view of what the available inventory nation wide was so much easier to use in the last factory version.

Really don’t like this useless app.
The Porsche app sucks. You can’t do anything on it if you don’t have an electric car. I can’t even find out where my car is located or anything. My Ford app does more than the Porsche app does for me and this car cost way more. It’s ridiculous!
Activating Navigation
Running in circles. Had to go to factory reset. Still cannot get paid navigation service sctivated ☹️
Horrible app
Porsche does not know how to make an app or a website. The people who are managing their website are idiots. It is terribly difficult to make a payment for your finance or lease car.
