Stopped working
It just stopped working I was able to login once I selected my payment method it glitched out I’d have to start over again. Once I selected my payment method it didn’t work just glitched out. I’ve been using the same payment system since I got the app and it’s never been an issue till now
A Disaster. Here’s why
This app worked smoothly until it didn’t. I paid my rent on the first of the month using this portal. Two days later Payquad sent me an email advising me that the system had had a “blip” and somehow my rent was withdrawn from my bank account twice. They advised me to contact my bank to fix it. My bank reversed the duplicate entry and returned my money to my account. Then Payquad sent me an email advising me that my bank did not pay the amount. Then my landlord came looking for his rent. I returned to my bank and they assured me that the payment had indeed gone through.
Payquad were good doing two things: They apologized for the inconvenience and did nothing, expecting me to correct their error.
One star is too generous for their disastrous customer service.
I’m going back to cheques.
