Cannot Sign In
I’ve been using the app for some years now and recently I’m signed out and when trying to sign in, it doesn’t work. I closed the app, checked for an update (no update) and still after many tries, I cannot sign in.
Never works
This app was wonderful when I first downloaded it. Being able to clip coupons and add rewards for check out was great! Helped save so much money. After 2-3 months of using it, it now just simply won’t load. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, no change. I asked my local PC about it and they said it’s a common issue and that they aren’t actually affiliated with the app. With how expensive groceries are, it would be nice to have an app that worked to help save money. Get it together please.

Party order
I ordered chicken tenders and sandwiches for a graduation party. I used online ordering. The food- delicious. Everyone asked where we ordered the chicken from. Easy ordering process, easy pick up and great food. This is the 3rd time using this service. 5 stars!

Not easy to use. Can not look at items on it. A bit confusing. Would be nice to shop browse things.

Can’t use in the store -no conection
Because I cannot connect in the store, I cannot see what is in my grocery list or what I have clipped. I think it would be good if I could get it to work.
Difficult to navigate
Search feature is worthless. Enter “milk” or any other item you find at a grocery store and APP says “NOT FOUND”.
Love the PC app
It’s easy to use to review weekly ads and sales and great to keep track of my rewards!
Horrible app
App constantly crashing and won’t keep me logged in. I’ve had this app on an android and an iPhone and it’s been terrible for years.
Digital coupons
This is terrible. I avoid shopping there . Your staff can’t even get them to work

I have downloaded it, deleted it numerous times, and each time I get a white screen. Or never loads from the main screen.

Why is this app no longer working on May 05,2026? I use this app to plan my shopping and utilize the coupon section. Today it is unavailable both as this app and also as the https on computer. What’s happening?
Terrible App
I am pretty tech savvy, but your app is the most difficult thing in the world. I just left half of my groceries that needed a digital coupon in the middle of the aisle and I left.

The app keeps logging me out then I have a really hard time getting back in.

App not working
I was trying to add digital coupons and it failed. I had to repeatedly log in. I logged in over and over and the app never acknowledged that I was signed in.
Could be better
I don’t like that it logs me out all the time
Buying less
I really don’t like having to go to the store to get the ads and I hate getting them online! Also, the digital coupons to me are a pain.
