I was working with Brenda on this matter she walked me through it very patient and friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful it was a great conversation and experience she helped me and guided me to the right direction

This app has always been slow and glitchy but over the last 3 months it’s been really bad. I saw a notification that said to look for updates and a fresh new look. I haven’t seen that yet and we are still in the Windows 95 look. Please update this app so we can reliably look at our 457 plans.
No realtime data
It does not give you realtime data on % gain overall. Very primitive interface. Data takes MONTHS to update. Not pleased with my experience only using this because my work only gave me two choices.
Won’t load
Every time I try to open the app I get a system attorney message. Please fix it

App doesn’t work
The app does not work. It times out. I cannot log into my account at all. I contacted support and they say there is no problem. My coworkers have the same issue.
Fix it already
This app is terrible. It rarely if ever connects. Now it is asking me to choose a contact preference that I can’t even see because the page is blank. Bravo !! Looks like I will be moving my funds to a platform that actually works.
broken password tool
Setting up a password requires use of special character. I used the ones listed as required and it rejects my password. I can’t get my account established.
Unable to log in
Unable to get past “select contact information “ once I have logged in. This page asks to select contact information but there are no choices to select from, just a blank page. All information is correct when signed in on the website. This only started when I changed to new phone. I tried restarting/deleting and installing app but nothing worked.
